A witness can be procured for an additional $75.00 fee.
Do you offer Remote Online Notary Services in California?
California commissioned notaries are not able to conduct remote online notary or complete notarizations online prior to the state’s Online Notarization Act (SB 696) becoming fully implemented. California residents may seek assistance from out of state notaries, but are recommended to ensure that this form of electronic notarization is accepted by the parties receiving the notarized document.
